Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

The short, human version (the binding details follow): We collect as little as we reasonably can, we don't sell your data, and the few things we do collect are mostly the unavoidable plumbing of running a website — the kind of stuff that hums along in the background like the Enterprise's warp core. Below is the full, honest accounting of what gets collected, why, who helps us run things, and what rights you have. No dark patterns, no fine-print surprises.

This Privacy Policy explains how AVOOCADOO LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Multivyrse website at multivyrse.com and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide. This may include information you give us when you create an account (such as an email address or username), submit comments, votes, or other content, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Service.

b. Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP, and timestamps. This is collected through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.

c. Cookies and similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, maintain sessions, and understand usage. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not submit it through the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • display, store, and moderate User Content;
  • respond to your inquiries and provide support;
  • monitor and analyze usage, trends, and performance;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and violations of our Terms;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
  • with your consent where required, send you communications about the Service.

Where required by law (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), our legal bases for processing include your consent, performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers / processors. We use third-party providers to run the Service, including hosting and deployment, database and storage, AI content generation, email, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions. Our current providers include, without limitation, Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and storage), AI providers used for content generation, and email/domain providers. Each maintains its own privacy practices.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent, or at your direction.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services that we do not control. Their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port it, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

EU/UK (GDPR). If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have the rights described above and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

California (CCPA/CPRA).If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@multivyrse.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also be able to use an authorized agent where the law permits.

8. Cookie Controls and Do Not Track

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals; because there is no common industry standard, we handle such signals as required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@multivyrse.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes may be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
